The Storm Crew
Four locals, one storm. Tyler, Casey, Miles & Jean, turning Vancouver Island businesses into local legends.
Tyler Styan
I grew up in Courtenay, playing in the dirt on my dad’s jobsites, getting roped into construction projects and driving the big Tonka toys. That’s where I learned hard work builds things that last.
My passion for travel, photography, and creative freedom pulled me into marketing. In 2020, I launched a small-scale clothing brand, built the e-commerce site, ran socials, and ads across platforms. It worked.
During university, I started Island Storm to give small Vancouver Island businesses affordable, high-impact marketing, and students real paid gigs while in school.
Now I run Google + social campaigns that turn $500 into 20+ leads for Nanaimo trades, breweries, and tour operators. Data, creativity, island hustle.
When I’m not optimizing funnels, I’m hiking ridges, snapping nature shots, playing soccer, or planning Island Storm’s next move.

I grew up in Nanaimo, chasing my friends on skateboards with my old phone, filming their flips, rails, and wipeouts on backstreets and in the park. That’s where I learned real moments sell.
Now I use drone, FPV, and pro camera to capture real work, real wins, real island action, concrete pours at dawn, new keg taps, boats cutting fog. I helped Primary Skate shop gain over 2,000 new followers on their social channels.
My content stops scrolls, fills calendars, and sells without selling.
When I’m not behind the lens, I’m skating, snowboarding, gaming, or planning the next Island Storm shoot.

Hi I’m Casey, I grew up in Nanaimo, playing on rugby fields, learning teamwork and hard work.
Now I craft branding and strategy that feels authentic, fill stores, and sell products. I have helped multiple brands revitalize and grow. Another project has helped a brewery revamp its distribution across Vancouver Island.
When I’m not planning or designing, cheering on the Canucks (Less so these days), or building a business as a student.
If you are ready to build either your businesses brand or your own personal brand today I am your guy.
Jean Estavio
I grew up in Nanaimo, glued to a clunky laptop, teaching myself code between classes. At 16, I built my first e-commerce site for a local jewelry brand. That rush never left.
Now I launch 7-day, mobile-ready websites that book jobs for contractors, fill taprooms, and sell tour tickets, all with clean code, fast loads, and authentic Vancouver Island branding. I’ve shipped e-commerce stores, service sites, and booking platforms for trades, tourism, and craft businesses who needed to go live yesterday.
I live for the moment a client says, “That’s my business, and it actually works.”
When I’m not coding, I’m tinkering with new tools, gaming, or working on my cocktail cookbook.
Need a site that sells while you sleep?
Let’s build it.
