The Storm held the lead for most of the game, but came up short by a point in overtime 116-115 to a Cape Breton team that was very scrappy. Sampson Carter had a double double with 22 points and 15 rebounds, and Russell Byrd chipped in with 24 points, 7 rebounds and 9 assists in the losing cause for the Storm.

Kenny Jones had a big game for Cape Breton with 25 points and 14 rebounds on a red hot 11-16 shooting.

The Storm look to get back on a winning track next week when they take the road to Newfoundland to take on the Saint John's Edge on Friday December 14th, and Sunday, December 16th. You can catch the Storm online by going to their Youtube channel for the livestream here
